i only ask because i own a ps3 now and i don't have a 360 anymore but i still have y rockband 3 keyboard for 360 and no place around my area trade's-in or swaps them so it'd be awesome if that works just so i don't have to rebuy a keyboard for ps3 please comment back if anyone who owns this knows

hey i kno this may sound stupid but i have to ask just because everyone i as and everywhere i go(on-line forums etc.) people just talk about how u can plug most midi adaptable istruments and play with them but i haven't eard the most common possible question ask, did they make this so we can also save money? by that i mean say i get a midi wire and i plug it into my keyboard for 360 but i plug it into a ps3 midi adapter will it still work?

@DDfilmsDD If you have a Guitar Hero or a Rock Band guitar you used to play previous Guitar Hero/Rock Band (and even the most recent ones), you don't need the Pro-Adapter.

You'll need it if you buy the real guitar (unreleased as I write this), you know, the one that will work as a real guitar AND a guitar controller. You'll need it if you have an electric drum kit with a MIDI port or if you have a real keyboard with a MIDI port.

For those asking I have no idea if it works with your specific brand of instrument. If the box doesn't list It I assume it won't work. Check out their website I'm sure they have info on it on their forums

@NaokiB2U I've seen videos and I've read websites about that matter, and a few people who had other brands or other models of instruments said/wrote that as long as you can plug a MIDI cable on a drum set or a keyboard, the Pro-Adapter should work, whether the model is written on the box or not.

However, I can't confirm this info 100 %, because I'm still wondering if the keyboard I want to buy soon does work or not with the adapter. Just note the potential lack of a "whammy bar".
