Shiiii...this isn't "how to play Possum Kingdom," it's "How to play the easy part of Possum Kingdom that you really should've been able to figure out yourself." Lay your fingers on the strings with very little or no pressure at all and strum.

it's called a palm mute, where you put your palm on the bridge of the guitar and just strum. mmhm. it works on electric guitars.

well palm mutes are different... you can hear the note or whatever being played, muting the stings just gets you that sound
