Spot on! I give them over $1300 in fees per month as a PowerSeller and they don't know their own policies, don't have any ownership of the issues and absolutely no empowerment! The Supervisors are not any better. Once someone provides competition it will be OVER with Ebay.

If you want to prevent paypal and ebay fraud you need to close your accounts immediately. Its only a matter of time when ebay and paypal scams you to. Not one person I know that never been scammed from either paypal or ebay but its usually both at the same time. They even froze my brothers paypal account that he had for years but only used it a couple times. He has not used it in a year or two years and one day got an email saying his account was froze. He didn't care since he never uses it.

What do you think this livechat is about?!) an hour later she said 'sry, can't help. This is a fraud. The case does not exist.' Yes it exists. Didn't you say you verified it in the beginning of the session?!

For yourself, please get psyciatric help! - And yes, I will never do business with ebay again - I have had several small issues unresloved due to their inablility to communicate among themselves. I finally had a major one today and called it quits. I should have an lawer on retainer to fix it for me soon : )

They do have employee numbers. I just got one from one of their representatives.
It doesn't get any better - I pay them them several hundred dollars per month and still get treated like a turd.
