@MrPredatorix It's not just you! I have the same problem! Try switching legs though! My friend suggested that a few weeks ago and sometimes I don't fall on my back anymore! That's a leg strength problem, so maybe your other leg is stronger. If you then have trouble getting all of the way over after you switch; try throwing your upperhalf closer to your legs and not toward the ground to give you more momentum. (beware hitting your own legs. ouch.)

@iswtmio You must be inbred. There was NO Capoeira in that video...what you just witnessed was called gymnastics, or acrobatics, with some Tae Kwon Do kicks. There were some handstands more associated with Capoeira than other martial arts, but that doesn't make them anything more than gymnastics in this girl's hands. If you'll even look in the description of the video, there is NO MENTION of Capoeira, only acrobatics. "Look closely and learn your history, before you start to judge." Dumbass.

Nice mooves, nice kicks. The onnly thing im not impressed with is the flexibility and some of the gimnastic moves, cause most girls i know have this in a natural way. Thats why its hard for a girl to impress me with her flexibility and gimnastics.

Most girls in my class that have never done anything int heir lifes can hand stand and open their legs in 180º or almost. And this is because girls develop less muscular mass and sttrength that us guys.
