I'm not sure if you can find the translation but the poet is siavash kasraie and the poem is called: vatan / homeland.

Beautiful!!! we all have to remember that "Vatan" belong to us, we all are proud of our rich culture and various achievements throughout different periods of history! It's a shame that what is being represented as the Iranian profile by the current regime which is completely different than what we are and what we have been as persians through history. I hope one day, soon, we will reclaim our pride and good name as civilised and peaceful nation in the world.
