I work at a Replay games and someone literally just came in with a Black Ops game that had laser burn and did this exact thing through campaign, multiplayer, and the zombie modes (played it myself) had to fix it for them though. Now it's just like new, no chrome or anything...shame.
The same thing happened to me and i want it off. I turned off my xbox and started it over, its been like this for 3 weeks now and its really anoing do you no how to get it off
no no no no i have the slim(cant get red ring)and i got it so ur not going to get red ring its just a glitch.i just turned off my xbox and then it was back 2 normal but i kinda want it back so can any1 tell be how to get it back.
Your graphics chip is definitely dying on you. Your 360 will probably RRoD very very soon.
@ Thanatos4655 It's not the TV that's the problem. If it was, there would be graphical discrepancies over the top of the CoD Black Ops Graphics. Since the "glitch" only applies to the in-game graphics, it's much more likely that the xbox is the problem and not the TV.

For everone this is a glitch where ur disc is scratched and it reads half of it and loads half way this is not a mod
