I think it probably is Norway....its also interesting to note that the guy speaking at 7.03 is actually a british officer being interviewed by German news after he and his men were captured by wehrmacht during the battles of norway in 1940. They seem pretty much in good spirits as they are laughing!

Thanks, about the Romanian soldiers, I don't think that they were in Norway. You'll see some Germans that are captured but later on released when the Germans won the battle for Norway.
