  • With the Chlorella I can only find the powder form of it. Is that ok to have?

  • @leahcimrac Yep!

  • @SecretsOfLongevity Is there an actual natural form of it or is the powder as natural as it gets?

  • @SecretsOfLongevity Is there an actual natural form of it or is the powder as natural as it gets? I read the stuff can correct DNA and also maybe even correct problems you were born with. Is that true do you think?

  • @leahcimrac That's as natural as it gets but there may be companies selling it frozen?? It's better powdered anways because then they can crack the cell wall. Yes the algae contain RNA and DNA which your body breaks down into purines which can then reform into it's own DNA.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity Cool. I was born with a retinal cone dystrophy problem, its been the same all my life. Did Dr Clement ever talk about conditions people were born with and what they needed to do to fix them? The thought of curing or even just helping my condition has lifted my spirits hugely.

  • @leahcimrac There are approaches you could definitely use, I wouldn't know where to start. I'd suggest contacting the Hippocrates Institute and setting up a consultation with Brian directly (or you could travel there and stay for their program).

  • @SecretsOfLongevity Unfortunately I live in the UK and can't travel due to my condition. I'm practically blind in the day light. I have forwarded a question to brian though and I'm hopeing he'll get back soon.

  • @aryelito1 Any implant bottle will do, it's not a specific kind. Rejuvelac is no longer used at the institute as it can be easily contaminated in making it. They serve sauerkraut that they encourage being eaten with every meal.

  • Dr. Robert Young says weight loss is as a result of alkalinity not protein per se. He's one of the foremost blood scientists in the world. He also says protein doesn't build muscle per se, exercise does. Since I've cut out my protein intake & kept lifting I've maintained most of my size except the fat weight I've dropped. I've lifted for 33 years & used to believe all the protein myths. Dr. Morter also says we only require minimal protein. The protein shown in this video is good however.

  • Does he mention that the algae is good for athletes? Could you address that? I'm a runner and I'm always looking for healthy ways to keep in top shape and have great energy.

  • I'll cover this in next weeks Q&A on Sunday. Subscribe if you haven't yet to catch it!

  • @SecretsOfLongevity Thanks. I'll look out for it

  • @SecretsOfLongevity What do you think about the B12 analogs in sea vegetables and algaes? Doesn't this decrease the ability for the body to absorb B12? Also what nutrients does algae contain that other vegetables, grasses, and sprouts do not?

  • @777TylerJB If you consume foods or whole food supplements with available B12 at a different time period from foods with B12 analogues you'll be OK, or just consume so much B12 that the analogues can't disrupt all of it's absorption.

Algae contains unique phytochemicals, such as phycocyanine, phenethylalanine and RNA and DNA which make it very beneficial for the brain and maintaining genetic integrity.

  • ok, however all sugars are not the same

  • Your right, there's the ones that spike blood sugar (sucrose and glucose) and the one's that accelerate aging (fructose). Then there's the medicinal long chain sugars which don't apply here called polysaccharides.

  • Zak, thank you so much for all your videos!!! They are so informative!!!
