I'm trying to improve my poor ankle flexibility, but should I do stretches right after each set or do a couple of sets to loosen it up a little more? I have little experience with this, I just want to improve my ankle mobilty.
@Foundation23 For ankle mobility do soft tissue work first on the calf, bottom of the foot and then do the ankle mobility drill video on my channel..you will have more in no time.
@bongolicious No...it is not recommended if you have a circulation problem. Must be careful of any soft tissue work including massages. This can cause a possible DVT Deep Vein Thrombosis. No do roll. Do AIS Active Isolated stretiching instead.
standard full size is 3 feet long in various densities. Black is hardest and white is softest. I like to buy a 3 foot roll and cut it in half. using a 1.5 foot roller
Should not be a problem on the wrist, but if it is, simply make a fist and support bodyweight on the knuckles instead to take tension off the wrist. I prefer the wrist because the bend actually stretches connective tissue that travels from the hand to the chest making you more flexible. As for arm strength...gotta start somewhere. ;)

@bongolicious Not a deep tissue massage. Lighter ones are ok. Just go easy around the calf

This looks great, Doctor Perry!
I need some relief and strength in my lower back area indeed.
But, how about the tension on the wrist are during this exercise?
Wouldn't it be a problem if the arms aren't that "ready"/built as yours yet?
