you can lose you salvation thats why we have to ask for forgiveness every day. If we couldn't why would we care to sin free or right with God anymore? Sin = doing aginst Gods will not the law
Please find all the verses in the OT where H1897 is used, where about half the time it is translated "meditate" and consider the value God ascribes to it and recognize how little you hear preachers recommend it.
Meditate on most of those Scriptures and also meditate on 1Cor 2, the whole chapter. See what God's Spirit speaks to you and hold those things fast. They will pull you towards God and away from men's teachings and help you value what God values, not what men emphasize.
Immediately after making my last comment, I happened upon this video. I encourage you to watch it. It should give you better understanding of grace, although I've never liked the term "license to sin." I find cliches "muddy the water."

I said earlier that you shouldn't assume things about me that I don't say. I want to mention it again.
What I want to do is get Believers listening to God more than they do preachers or even their own opinions.
scripture4all org has Greek and Hebrew Interlinears. I encourage you to use them for the KJV's frequent and many errors. It will expose many misconceptions that are the result of poor translation work by the KJV translators.
God's Word is TRUTH. The KJV is a man's translation for which NO ONE has one shred of evidence that God sanctioned it. In fact, much of the KJV is simply a copy of The Bishop's Bible. The "KJV ONLY" people won't tell you this because ignorance is their strong suit.
I didn't fail to hear you, and I'll repeat what you said.
You told the entire would that you cannot sin. Yep, you said it.
Go back and listen to your video. Recognize that you announced to everyone that it is impossible for you to sin. You are sinless because you CANNOT SIN.
That's an interesting doctrine. You boxed yourself into it. You said it clearly from 6:10-6:52.
It's not a new doctrine, but do you REALLY BELIEVE IT? I know you don't.
Note also at 4:50-5:00, after saying, not only on this video but others as well, that one cannot "lose their salvation" (very poor terminology IMO), you say, "Ok, fine."
After making numerous videos claiming it's impossible to "lose one's salvation," you acknowledge it here? Yes, you did. Yet, do you believe that? Clearly not.
Isn't it dishonest to concede a point simply because you can't answer it? But consider: the Word plainly stated it so you concede it, yet DON'T BELIEVE IT.
If there is no sin without the law and the law came AFTER the Jews left Egypt, then why did God say to Cain, "sin is crouching at the door and its desire is for you"?
My point is you listen to preachers give you simplistic answers that provide contention for other Believers but more Bible study raises more questions your preachers aren't addressing.
Hence my admonition to "abide in the Word" as Jesus said, which will set you free.
Notice that it's not the new birth that sets you free.
Listen to this video (as though you were completely ignorant of gospel teaching) over and over and see the inconsistencies that you make.
I'll give you a hint: You first say that there is no sin without the Law. You then say we no longer have the Law, being saved. Then you reference someone who sins, "gets saved again" and sins again.
Do you see the inconsistency? The problem is that you take a verse simplistically and take time getting any depth of understanding because you want to "answer."
On another video I mentioned that you mix carnal reasoning with sound doctrine. You do it even more on this video. Rather than address the specifics, I'll say this: The truth is not well established by constantly referencing "deception." The truth is established by HEARING God speak (through His Word) without consideration for "the lies." Trying to establish truth in the midst of dealing with lies AGGRAVATES your carnal reasoning and leaves you pretty well stuck in the midst of opinions.
I'm glad you enjoyed it. I want my videos to be as simple as possible so everyone can understand them. I'm not the brightest person in the world either :)
As a brother or sister in Christ, we are not under the law but live by the grace of God. We have the freedom to live how we want because of what Jesus did on Calvary through his blood but the problem is that when we sin -Sin brings Death and Destruction in your life and will eventually destroy you.
Those who believe that you can lose your salvation do not understand that God will bring his children back to him through ways in which can be very painful consequences for his children.
That's right, brother. People don't seem to understand that. Sometimes it gets really old dealing with the religious people on here. Either they say we can lose salvation or they say that we never even had salvation. And it's all based on works! -_-
