Oh and I curl 135 with strict form. And hammer curl 80's. Oh and t-bar row 8 plates at a 90 degree angle.

Why would he risk even loosing muscle mass while he could be gaining in the off season? @georgek7 just hit them from different angles, i.e. do them standing straight up, then lean slightly forward, then lean 45 degrees.......also deadlifts

mind you traps are used in allot of other movements - traps are in my opinion are a genetic muscle, but hit them hard! I prefer to hit them on shoulder day personally. Focusing on a full range of motion has allowed me to build bigger traps! Train hard everyone!
