I had to use Windows 95 at work until 2007, when they finally bought XP Computers. I still used NT 3.1 as the server though until the bitter end. I actually had to install RAM to get the dinosaur computers at work to have enough RAM to run Windows 95.

@IngvardM But the hardware is a lot more cheaper: Taking it performance wise, you could get a computer, with lots of upgrading history, being faster than the Mac. Don't screw the thing and you're fine.

All in All i rather have OS's then having to boot all my programs from a floppy. thank god for Operating Systems!

i still got a lot old adventure games and just got myself an Windows 95 computer (PII 400 MHz, 384 Mb ram, TNT2 M64 32 Mb, SB16). It sets up in like less than a minute and has no crap, works suprisingly fast. Tex murphy, Zork...gonna have some fun!!! ;)
