  • Inspired by DEBUSSY........i guess

  • So this must be what Heaven sounds like... :'-)

  • I play this when during the last bit of my yoga routine. I feel so much better. It's so beautiful. Make you want to be with someone you love or maybe alone and just think and wonder and relax. So ethereal and romantic. It's Heaven on Earth. It soothes my soul.

  • in my opinion this put JNH up with the likes of John Williams and Hans Zimmer :)

  • @damir200 Worst english on youtube I have ever seen

  • @sdgsdgsdgsd3 I'm a really good translator, so let's give this a shot:

Rough Translation - "Why did King Kong die, why? People are so stupid. I hate all world."

Smooth Translation - "Why did King Kong have to die? Why? Humans are so stupid. I hate what they did to him."

Also, if you look where he posted it from (Playlist), you can immediately tell that English is not his first language: Vise videozapisa korisnika GoldenGoichi.

    Just...Saiyan >.>

  • 2 people are not "beautiful" !! et they will be eaten by Kong right now ;)

  • CRAP!!! I SNEEZED AND I HIT THE DISLIKE BUTTON!!!

  • you can call me pussy or something but there is a couple movies when I was crying watching them. Maybe i'd find it hard to call myself strong and tough but i think when a man's tears appear on his chick that a movie has to have something amazing. It's a list that kind of movies:

    - Meet Joe Black

    - The Lake House

    - Ghost (P. Swayze)

    - King Kong

    - Passion

    - I am The Legend (can't remember clearly...)

    - Titanic

And moore films that I regret I forgot to mention; this list is much longer...

  • @kuncesorzech1991

You're not a "pussy or something." You are anything but, forging your emotions on display through emotive networking communication. I salute you for taking a step most men will never contemplate doing. Ps, does the music in this sequence bring happy tears? It gives me a warm heart. :)

  • ....feel way too sad after watching this movie. this song just makes it worse

  • aaaaaaaaaaaaaa cara que feiu

  • This is the only movie that will make me feel bad for an oversized ape.

  • You know I wonder when Fay Wray died, why Peter Jackson did not ask Jessica Lange to make a cameo a say it was beauty who killed the beast. Because he did ask Wray to make a Cameo in it and say the line, but she turned it down then she said yes. However she died and the lines went to Jack Black. I just wonder why he did not ask Jessica Lange to do it

  • @stainshield I'm pretty sure Peter Jackson only had respect for the original. The 76 version kinda sucked... real bad...

  • I think this song perfectly sums up the relationship Ann shared with Kong. Beautiful.

I was terribly sad when he died and I think the was the only movie that made me cry so badly.

  • "My critiques of the three acts of King Kong (2005):

First act (in New York, then on the ship): Good. Somewhat slow, but at least, you get to know the main characters.

Second act (on Skull Island): AWESOME!!!!!!! Amazing special effects and amazing action.

Third and final act (back to New York): BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! I have nothing else to say about the last act. I just love the final act to this movie."

  • this is the first movie ever that made me cry when the film was ended xd

  • @MustangGTthebest lol really? I cried like a baby everytime I watch Click, go check it out, its the saddest comedy I've ever seen

  • I love these monster movies.

  • James Newton Howard is one of the best soundtrack composers now with Hans Zimmer, Yann Tiersen and my personal favorite Howard Shore.

  • 1 guy watch too much godzilla

  • why is there just pictures of this scene??..i cant find the actual video anywhere.!!!

  • 2:14 - 2:23 is the best part! Gives me chills! <3

  • The one person who disliked this isn't beautiful...

  • Very beatiful!

  • sorry its not beautiful!! it's gorgeous

  • Rollin' down the river of life. Hope I land somewhere nice.

  • Looks like someone sneezed and hit the dislike button on accident.

  • @4440Winchester

    HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

    LOL .. probably yes

  • A terrific scene in the film.

  • Just amazing I love this song so much there's so much peace in it.The first time I heard it I cryed because I had seen the film like an hour before and I cryed at that aswell!! :')

  • What's the difference between this one and the central park track?

  • Every time I listen to this, without fail, I always get chills at 2:25.

  • @SonicThunderBYG

Me too, it brings tears to my eye, it's that beautiful :)

  • this is so relaxing ...I love this music :)

  • i cryed listening to this song simply beatiful it makes me remember the memories in my head! :']

  • This is... beautiful. I love his score for 'Peter Pan' as well.

  • I thought it was Eminem-Beautiful. Although Eminem released that sonin 2008 I forgot. the movie was released in 2005

  • amazing :) i love you james howard ...

  • reaches to the depths of my soul...simply BEAUTIFUL

  • Finally a song which lives up to it's name.......... Simply Beautiful... nothing less...

  • I like this soundtrack because every track is different. Its not the same theme over and over again. Its so unique. :)

  • 1 dislikes... I don't know how someone could take his time to press the dislike button AT THIS SONG!

  • @drydyboy I'm sure they probably did it by accident. It happens lol. I've done it before on accident

  • Makes me wanna look up at the full moon with a special girl while laying on the grass on top of a hill.

  • This song is beautiful....

  • The beginning sound EXACTLY like the main titles of Hidalgo. Of course its the same composer. But wow.

  • Mountain gorillas are gentle its human kind that make them seem bruttle. We are the shits not them.

  • This was the moment in the movie where I really realized that the third act was going to be really goddamn sad. I just wanted that giant monkey to be happy, but I KNEW that's not how it was going to play out. I broke. Wept like a little girl.

  • @moviedoors its alright just feel happy

  • @moviedoors I cried buckets too.

  • When I first got wind of a new rendition being done of "King Kong" .It was conveyed to me that the movie was too long. I say," Not long enough."

I must give it up for this song "Beautiful".

It taps into my psyche and my soul. The scene alone holds it's own weight in gold. Another big ups to God and James Newton Howard.

I may just have to get the CD. It's calling to my not too often tapped inner beauty.

The guy would have to be a gem like "King Kong".

    Frieda/2gether We Build

  • makes me feeel like I can escape from life and live lone with the one I love

  • the 3 way kong/rex fight in this film hasnt been topped yet. id pay to see it again in 3D!

  • @DeckyStrikesBack Great scene!!!!!! between the gorge of the two mountains..aweswome ..with the chase afteward....Go Kong kill those bad boys

  • @DeckyStrikesBack I adore this movie, but I have to say, I really didn't like that fight. For one thing, it's common relatively knowledge T.Rex had one of the most powerful bites in the planet's history, & the V.Rexes from the film are supposed to be even more highly evolved, but Kong shrugged off bites that should have crunched his bones. Even if one disregards that, the fight was extermely one-sided. I think one, seriously nasty and formidable Rex that was his match would have been better.

  • Beautiful.

    "Good things never last", though.

  • It's the loss of all things beautiful as they were created in the beginning. we/civilization/progress are killing the natural world/kong. we are the beast.

  • I found it upsetting at the end, i know is only a film and shouldn't but i do i can't help it.

  • for me, nd this is my favourite film, its something in the relationship between kong and anne. physically they have nothing whatsoever in common, 2 extreme opposites, and when they try and relate on that level it doesn't go great. but beyond that, they both seem isolated, both want a connection. then a moment comes when they communicate prefectly, implying that there must Be something more, deeper whatever- and not dna

  • @minusbilis

    I love you right now

  • Every time I hear this, I’m simply amazed at the sheer power of this music. It's simplicity and stunning beauty are unsurpassed. James Newton Howard has the ability to capture a personality in his music. You can hear it is full of life and hope, almost like it has a soul. So many just walk by without paying attention, without ever hearing things like this. I pity them, for they will never hear what a true piece of art this is. If they could only just stop and listen, it could change their world.

  • I have the extended version on my ipod. I love this movie so much. :)

  • The special effects are amazing. King Kong actually looked like real gorilla. I thought they use real gorilla and enlarge him in the film. I was surprised that it's all CGI.

  • @Patrick19833 I watched the making of this film, they had a really hard time trying to create a cool, yet bealivable gorilla, finally they used a real gorillas. The guy was like, "Yeah, real gorillas, what was so hard about that?"

  • king kong acts and looks like a real gorilla in this one.

  • this movie isnt like the other king kong movies it acctually has a meaning i love the classics but this movie...this movie was just so good and at the same time sad it makes you have a sympothy for king kong and feel his pain he was the last of his kind and he finally made a friend in wich he ends up dying for in the end...the message in this movie is that friendship can never be broken and that is the truth

  • @chriscross584 I agree with that comment forever. This movie is basically amazing

  • Its even better when you get to play the songs firsthand, but truly a masterpiece.

  • this movie is soooooooooooo ahhhhhhh :DD

  • best movie..sad sountracks too

  • "And lo, the beast looked upon the face of beauty, and beauty stayed his hand. And from that day forward, he was as one dead."

    THE most truthful statement.

  • cos niesamowitego.. ta melodia ..ta kompozycja... po prostu chce umierac słuchajac jej :*(

    świetna

  • I watched this movie 4 times in the cinema !! If i could i would do it a 100 more times.

  • Are they really sinking the Venture in New Zealand, Cook Strait this week?

  • Honestly, this is litterally the single best movie I have ever seen in my life.

  • @LAMFi1ms Finally someone who agrees with me! Damn this movie is sooooo good <3

  • I can't believe how so many people don't like it. These days, people only care about how many explosions you can fit into two hours. True masterpieces like this are rarely appreciated anymore.

  • @LAMFi1ms that's right .. but don't worry about them. We like it & we know what this movie is about. I don't care if other people don't like. They're just missing a lot!

  • @LAMFi1ms

That's not why I didn't like it. While I didn't think it was terrible (and I LOVED the music), I just thought it was too long. Four hours is a bit much for a lot of people, myself included.

  • @LAMFi1ms so frickken tru, i love this movie!!!!!

  • @LAMFi1ms

Or people who are fans and purists of the original like me and just don't like the changes made to our beloved story. It's no different than Tolkienologists and Tolkien purists complaining about the changes made to the Lord of the Rings trilogy - made by the same man, interestingly - and they/we have the right to complain when things we have spent our whole lives loving are changed.

But it's great you all love this movie. I can respect that, so respect us and our movies, please.

  • the title says it

  • me encanta ese piano!

  • Heartbreakingly beautiful.

  • I do believe the title says it all.

  • completely.

  • Big Thanks!

  • incredible soundtrack...everytime i cry.

  • I love James Newton Howard :) This song is amazing.

  • @99Mik99

    BEAUTIFUL.....JUST ONE WORD

  • Beautiful.
