None of the workers at Club penguin ever need to change the passwords of penguins such as rockhopper, gary, etc. Because if anyone outside of them trys to login to them it says the penguin is banned forever. Penguins like rockhopper only exist when they are supposed to be there. And even then no one but Club Penguin workers can login to them.
