If you think about it, the feds are going to misconstrue the language all over again if they actually did read it. To work out the finer details, you need to support the constitution and bill of rights with US supreme court case law. there's some really good stuff in US Reports if you can read between the lines.

Having watched all three episodes, I am grateful this man stood on the Constitution.
What a I find disconcerting is his rationalization for the actions of the BLM officials(maybe they just don't know etc). Ignorance of the law is no excuse. When this Sheriff leaves town, these criminals will reappear in greater force.

I think this man deserves to called a hero. He didn't back down, he didn't change his conviction to uphold the law. You know, the law enforcement in the state that I reside in (Alabama) could learn something from this man... He is justified on pretty much all accounts in standing up for the constitution of not only this country, but of his state. If every law enforcement agency in the country had people like this man running them, I believe that people would have more faith in these agencies. As it currently stands, however, most law enforcement agencies look for ways to oppress those that they 'serve.'

If you think about it, the feds are going to misconstrue the language all over again if they actually did read it. To work out the finer details, you need to support the constitution and bill of rights with US supreme court case law. there's some really good stuff in US Reports if you can read between the lines.
