This was the first bit of anything from the wwe/wwf that i saw, cos i picked up this game from gamstation at £2, not knowing what it was at all. So when I saw this intro I was like OMG this looks cool, and yeah i thought it was real haha, cos id never seen it on TV. It makes the Attitude era look even better than it was and it just looks so sick, brutal and real. Long live WWF!

I miss these days so much. It brought so much realism into wrestling and why didn't they stick to this formula is beyond me. I loved how the Rock use to rant on wrestlers, how Austin didn't give a shit, how DX use to do cruel skits, how D'lo use to shake that head all crazy and give them crazy ass sky highs, and Dudleys putting people through tables. None of that exists today because they want a clean image. WWE doesn't need another full blown Attitude Era, but it needs a similar formula.

Still gets to me even to this day seeing the Owen Hart tribute, tragedy is in their family, but I remember that night, it was something I will never forget, people downplay the risks of being in pro wrestling...I know he died from a freak fall on his blue blazer stunt, but still there are risks in being entertaining, and just like Austin and Edge can show, its not as unrealistic as people think, you cant fake a steel chair to the head, or a slip up with a move, like what happened to Austin.
