I am totally new to all this and just bought Fender Squire, Affinity, Stratocaster Electric Guitar.

@omermansur buy an emg dg 20 set its around 300 its the pickup configuration installed in a pickguard that he uses in the pulse era in his red stratocaster and use ghs David Gilmour signature set or fender custom shop pickups 54's,69's or texas specials or semour duncans ssl 1 sets for 170 on average just changing your pickups can really help with the sound quality and buy a sound modulator like a pod xt from line six you have all the basic distortions modulations and delays inside.Hope it helps

We all have an opinion and sadly some people don't know when it is or is not an appropriate time to say something. That being said I mean this in the friendliest of recommendations. I think you are a very good player and teach very organized yet casual. My only advice to you is that I feel your attack (bite) is too much. Possibly the pickups are set too high. I love the way you teach on this video. Not patronising (e.g. first finger on 5th fret on 4th string and second finger on 3rd fret on 3rd strings, etc.) nor overly complex. It's like having a real teacher. You start off with the regular speed, then slowed it down to show how each note is picked and then repeat each phrase several times until the student can play along with you in real time. Fantastic. Wish other tutors were more like you.

I remember this was hard for me at the beginning too. It took some time to practice along with this backing track.
