  • it's easy to get your recommended fruit/veggie servings a day by juicing them...it tastes so much better and is easier to just throw like 5 fruits/veggies and have a nice sweet drink. The Jack Lalanne power juicer is the shiiiit love it

  • oh yeah your forgot to mention, if we eat lots of sodium drink lots of water. I drink 5 22ouce bottles of water a day!

  • i love eating fruits. I purchase a really nice juicer to start juicing vegetalbes. This has helped me consume veggies more.

    Use can use the pulp to make nice breads, soups and other dishes as well.

    You can juice a combination of fruits and veggies together.

    check out Jack LaLanne's power juicer. It is great!

  • I disagree with primandproper as she said...v8 has far too much sodium, i tried it because I don't like veggies and my dietitian discouraged it, she also said the v8 splash is nothing but a marketing ploy and is loaded with sugar...JUST EAT YER FRIGGIN VEGGIES AND FRUITS! I've grown to love them...i dont want to have a heart attack when I get to my 30s...

    for you youtubers that don't like veggies and fruits you have other alternatives-- you can drink vegetable juice (v8 splash) and each can contains a full day of servings of vegetables. also, they have v8 fusion which contains the amount needed for a full days worth of vegetables and fruits. also, there are now soups you can eat that contain the amount of vegetable servings you need and there are also supplements. just research; i'm sure you'll find something

  • you sound really stupid to say that a person should eat a process version of veggies rather than the real thing,,,v8 has too much sodium and you should never depend on just one source of food....
