  • Sanjay, I had not been cooking much of late due to my work. But I have become so addicted to your video, that I have re explored my joy of cooking. My husband wonders who this "Sanjay Thumma Magic" is!

  • it was mouth watering when u said hmmmm...after eating pakoda. i like your way of demonstration with extra hints. Thanks a lot

  • I made this tonight. The cold and rainy weather was the perfect "excuse" to make this dish. My husband is gujarati and had never had this before. Let's just say that he didn't say a word during dinner time...that's how awesome it turned out. Thanks a bunch for sharing this delicious recipe.

  • as usual, it's been fun and educating :-) why do you use stainless steel pans now? the teflon pans you used were easier to watch, there was less light reflected. i think most ingredients look better on teflon when filming. the only ingredient that is almost invesible is mustard seeds, but you can see the oil frothing when the seeds are added to te pan, so id doesn't matter. maybe teflon pan + stronger light will be the best ? keep on the good work! all the best
  • suggestions noted

    thanks

  • No NO NO .....

Stainless steel is one of the better, healthier mediums to cook, NOT TEFLON! please search online on the dangers of teflon.

  • Could you please post the recipes to your videos in the description. I am not familiar with all the ingredients you list, and I don't know what they are.

  • All the ingredients and recipes are on his website - the link to that site is on the vahchef youtube page.

  • uncooked

  • Chef God bless you. You are a wonderful person and best chef in this world. You made my day, actually you made my 2008...thanks again I don't have words to express the gratitude.

Now I wont bug you again with demands :-)

    Million of thanks :-)
