Springsteen "Streets Of Fire" #2 Milwaukee 3/17/08

I love Bruce but I have two problems with him that are well illustrated in this video.

#1 - He's actually a great guitar player but almost NEVER likes to display what I know is an incredible facility with that instrument.

#2 - His guitar always seems to be too low in the mix.

The result: Some people have no idea how good he really is on that instrument. He used to be 'killer' - Clapton-esque Les Paul/ Marshall Stack - kind of 'killer'.

@GrafficGuy I believe you excel in what you practice. Bruce must just be a natural song writer ie strummy rhythm type person and not really put much time into soloing. Of course I also believe he's an all rounder and like this song show's, when he put's his mind to it he's pretty good at most thing's. I alway's laugh when I watch the 41 shots vid and he plays a solo like he's never picked up a guitar before but he puts in all his heart and soul and it ends up fkn great
