Why is Keiner not in the anime? I kinda like him and he doesnt look like the type to just dissapear and not fight (in the anime).

Can't find any information about the realitionship between Keiner and Blanc Neige, it's long time ago as I read they both are brother and sister, is that true?

Yes, they are siblings. Keiner is a prince and Blanc Neige a princess.

And it's not all that great for those of us with an NTSC-U/C PS2 either, you'd need an NTSC-J one to play the sequel. And even then it's in Japanese.
