  • I don't think this lady knows that creatine dehydrates your body so if you are doing a sport, dont take this, weight lifting is a different story.

  • @LAXairgait creatine brings water to muscle fibers not the opposite. also 4 out of 5 Olympic medalists take creatine.... please do some research before you comment thanks.
