  • Fail Fail Fail, Wii is a good console. Don't know wtf happend =)

  • IT LLOKS BETTER IN XBOX 360

  • The ps2 is better ,oh yeah...

  • Lol is NO ONE RUNNING in the Hitman clip??? XD

  • ok it`S not the sense of hitman to kill civilians

  • The people in Blood Money are basically put, animated background. :)

  • But those people of Hitman Blood Money don't have AI and they are Low poly

  • I have got Hitman Blood Money on PS2

  • Godamnit why didn't they just build from the ground up for the wii version of Dead Rising?

  • wow thats pretty pathetic

  • wii graphics is shit .I dont know why it is more powerfull then ps2 or xbox

  • ps2 yes, xbox - not really, on-par

  • @terron666 it is more powerful

  • They both look like really shitty games. I don't really give two shits about graphics, just gameplay wise, I'll take the 3 or so other Hitman games, and the 360 version of Dead Rising.

  • This is painfully misleading, at least graphics-wise. Chop Till You Drop is a graphical accomplishment for the Wii and all ads and videos you've seen online don't do it justice. When you actually play Hitman Blood Money on the PS2, its pretty weak in comparison. Still, the amount of killable things on-screen is impressive, even by next-gen standards. I wonder how they did that?

  • @XinBiDe Wait for Dead Rising 2 to see impressive amount of people on the screen

    7000 zombies onscreen at once!

  • but ur plying dead rising on the wii it better on the 360

  • @shadowzeek1 Are you kidding?

There is actually exclusive content to the wii. And the graphics are good for a wii game. First wii game I've had that there are no wall glitches or anything of the sort. Never had a glitch with this game.

  • @shadowzeek1 Lets look at some of the exclusive features.

-Easy Medium and Hard mode. If you ask me hard is harder then the xbox360 from looking at other people play.

    - Atleast 1 recurring zombie boss.

    - Much more.

  • dead rising is not a ps2 it is false

  • Apples and oranges

  • the wii is more powerful hitman had bullets shoot ppl they fall but dead rising hit zoms wid umbrella that takes alot of power but wish there were more zoms

  • People need to stop comparing the Wii to the PS2. The Gamecube is more powerful than the PS2, and the Wii is more powerful than the gamecube.

  • But it's not what we see here,

  • No, wii still is more powerful, even here. The developers weren't powerful enough...

  • then why can hitman have more people on screen at one time compared to dead rising for the wii.

  • Can you not read?

I said it was the developers fault...

  • @h5e5l5l5o5

    WOW WOW WOW

    hc more then ps2?

    pfhaha no dude srly?

    hahahaHAH9AHA

  • The people on hitman are just fake animation loops you can strangle them they're not actual characters

  • Dead rising ends is really boring is just a big rampage scream and then the game is over ;(

  • did you get the true ending? you know were Isabella runs out and saves you?

  • hhhh...the 1st game looks kinda cool

  • i got the wii version dead rising it sucks less zombies and you cant keep weapons

and u only get one guitar and i just really upset

  • and the graphics suck

  • The NPC's in that level are totally un-interactive. (Hitman) They are still heaps of NPC in that level that you can kill though.

  • Wow, comparing a shit Wii game to a masterpeice..

Compare with Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid or Brawl's graphics.

    Besides..who cares about graphics?

  • you're completely missing the point dude. The point is that the PS2 game was able to have hundreds of NPCs on screen at once, and the Wii title only had about 10...

  • The Wii sucks. I know that because I have one. The Wii sucks so much that I actually bought a Ps3 only to play so fucking good games and no stupid minigame collection

  • deadrising is better

  • Chop till you drop isn't...

  • LOL I GET IT PS2 could have pulled it off <=

  • Considering, a PS2 version could have been a lot closer to the original version of Dead Rising in terms of the amount of zombies on the screen. Hitman2 kinda shows it a bit. ( People really should take into consideration, ( FF12, and other games that pushed the PS2. )

Not intending to be a fanboy but its just how I see it.

Regardless though, I have to say I think the 360 version of Dead RIsing is better. My opinion. ( I have my reasons and if someone really wants to know I will tell them.. )

  • ummm... no the Wii has more processing power, more graphical memory, and a better graphics processor than the PS2 so no... The reason Hitman blood money was able to display this huge number of NPCs was because, they have no advanced AI built into them, for example they cannot attack you. The PS2 would have been a massive failure making Dead Rising, just like the Wii version was a massive failure.

  • wow.. prietty cool you killed a load of innocent people who dont fight back and not zombies... and most of them died way too quick. still good game though but chop till you drop is funner than killing civilians

  • I have the 360 version and can only surmise the Wii version is the labour of pure greed on Capcoms part. They could have combined the better qualities of both games, the time management and free roam of Dead Rising and RE4's AI and set piece action instead what we got was hideous. On Capcom Unity some posters say their R4 engine would have been a better fit then the RE4 engine and that it's inclusion was purely for PR.

  • this game is soooooooooo fun, i highly recomend it! 9/10

  • You guys forget that both games use different engines. But Dead Rising Wii used RE4 engine, and we know RE4 doesnt't hold much characters on screen as Hitman. They should have just built a new engine for the wii version of dead rising instead porting it to the RE4 engine.

  • The Wii should be ATLEAST as powerfull as a PS2... Yet it fails so hard :/

  • fucking onslaught on the wii has more enemies on the screen than dead rising. pathetic.

  • ps2 winnnnn...

  • damn Capcom... Wii can do it better... right? :(

  • but Wii's doing it wrong. :o)

  • Yes.

Type 128 Marios into the search engine and read the info box.

  • The thing is the Hit Man NPCs didnt run or react they just got shot and died!!!

  • The NPCs in Hit Man did react by ducking for cover and moving out of the way a little. The only real time I saw a lot of zombies in Dead Rising for the Wii was in the maintenance tunnels but they didn't do very much either. A few more zombies in the Wii version would have made more sense.

  • Well, all I can say is I just got Dead Rising CTYD,I dont have an Xbox 360,and I totally suck at it so I dont care about the amount of Zombies.I find it quite challenging(even on easy, mostly because im not to bright with picking a safe spot to reload) So,if you really wanna take the wii port to its full potential, Why dont you just try playing the wii port first THEN play the Xbox 360 version if it seems so easier?(Oh,and as for this video, the NPCs in hitman probably have too high a poly count)

  • Heattokun> I don't have a Xbox 360 to compare with but instead I would say have a look at RE4 (GC, PS2 or Wii versions) and Dead Rising CTYD.

You will see that Dead Rising isn't as good.

Without the camera mode this game boils down to being stuck in a mall and forever ferrying people to and from the security centre.

In an earlier post I said I wanted a 'few' more zombies and I meant that. I know that the Wii can't do the same as the 360 but still I expected better from Capcom.

  • 20 Save slots, Aiming using the Wii remote, zombies dropping ammo/cash, being able to upgrade guns, looser time settings and having 3 difficultly settings shows that Capcom made this game a bit easier for the Wii audience in mind.

I don't hate this game but I just wish it was a bit better.

  • Have you tried to beat the 2nd amendment missions with an S?

Thats how you get the Megaman blaster and i've yet to find anyone whos beat them all with an S. 4 of them i can't even beat at all and most that i have beaten are C's and B's and i have 1 S.

You can call the game easy once you've beat the WHOLE game. I've beat the Campaign 3 times on Hard with all S rankings. Its nothing compared to the 2nd Amendment.

  • Ok let's get this straight..in my first post I mentioned that there should have been a few more zombies and I never said that it was too easy. Someone replied to my 'more zombies' statement by saying why didn't I play both the 360 and Wii versions if they seem so easy. At that point I tried to point out that Capcom did indeed make the Wii version a bit more easier.

I'm an average player myself (I beat all the mercenary missions in RE4 for Gamecube, PS2 and Wii editions) if that counts.

  • I've beaten the game serveral times but no I haven't got the Megaman blaster yet. That's the mark of a true player.

So as I said before the game is a bit easier to play than the 360 version. But I never said the game was easy. Read my previous posts if you don't believe.

  • u idiots hes tryna prove how bad the wii is

  • I never knew hitman BM was out for playstation 2

  • Well, this game is out since 2006...

  • The Wii version looks great i want it :(

    i dont have wii

  • Comment removed

  • I don't mean to be mean, but I hope you realize that those people in that level of hitman are pretty bad.

they move next to you without walking when you run to them

and the fire fights lag with about 5 people shooting at you.

Also, Dead Rising Wii can have up to 100 Zombies on screen.

I don't know why they don't in trailers.

I saw this one video with frank driving a car, and there was a lot of zombies.

Please do Research before making something like this.

  • sorry to ask but do you have any proof? also I'm just playing devils advocate here but in hit man the game is scripted in a much more compact environment that allows for more characters on screen.

  • For proof of Dead Rising, go to wikipedia.

for Hitman, you can see it if you look hard enough in the video.

and the lag happens to me a lot in fire fights.

    even in other levels

  • When I was referring to proof I was solely addressing dead rising (sorry for the confusion). Furthermore I don't trust wiki as a source. If you could provide me with a video that helps prove your point that would be splendid. Thank you

  • Search youtube for the interviews

  • Nope sorry, couldn't find anything if you provided the link it would be greatly appreciated.

  • I've sent you a message with the link.

  • Hey, been playing the game at a friends and not once has the zombie count reached 50.

  • How far are you in the game?

And what difficulty are you on?

  • i have finished everything in the game

    everything unlocked

  • thats because you fucking suck, i get like 5000 kills when i play

  • Ps2 is much weaker than wii they should of compared it to xbox.

  • During the car part, at first i didnt even know they were zombies, they looked like stiff sticks

  • dead rising wii kicks hitmans bald white ass!

  • This video proves that the Dead Rising Wii will rox!

If Capcom wanted a exatly port of the X360 version, the Wii could handle it!

But if they changed what they changed, is because they think that "few smart zombies" are better that "a lot of dumb zombies".

  • Zombies aren't supposed to be smart. -.-

It's a known fact the wii is very weak.

  • Wii>Xbox>GameCube>PS2

Capcom could do a perfect port of the X360 version for the Wii if it was the case...

Just search for Dead Rising in destructoid . com

  • still, its fucking pathetic that Hitman was able to pull off almost a hundred people on screen on the PS2 which has hardware inferior to the Wii (Only by a bit, but its still inferior) while DR looks a lot worse, has only about 10 zombies on screen at most that Im willing to bet that the controls will be extremely stiff.

hell, Capcom is being so cheap that they just recorded the cutscenes from the 360 version and literally copy pasted them onto the Wii version.

  • What will it take for Capcom to invest more resources into Wii development anyway? what can Wii gamers possibly do? all their games have hit sales expectations, both RE4 and REUC exceeded them and were million seller hits and yet they put next to nothing into DRCTYD.

People bring up Monster Hunter 3 but that is only coming to Wii because of high costs of developing for the PS3..

I reckon they will suffer for this exploitation eventually.

  • actually according to some reviews they're a hell of a lot dumber in the wii version.

  • A friend of mine already bought the game.

    I will test it soon...

  • its fun

  • reviewer were playing it on easy mode, on normal and hard, they rape frank , and there are more zombies on screen

  • seriously, if you got any proof of this, this could turn peoples opinions about chop till you drop completely around.

  • well, play it yourself, i dont know how to make gameplay footage, but i thought the same thing about less zombies and less agressive. so i picked up the game at monroville mall and when i play it at home , it wasnt bad. althought there arnet a army of zombies on screen like the 360, there are alot in the maintenaince tunnels even when you get out and alot of them will grab you and some even run at you

  • I like my Wii plenty and guess what? I own a 360 as well as a gaming rig.

Gamers play games, fanboiz play companies. I'm a gamer.

  • ok for dead rising its the demo! of course there wont be a lot of zombies! and that hitman lvl lags like crazy!

  • My hitman lags as shit in that level xD

  • I think they can do better next time

  • just because the A.I. made Hitman better

  • Ridicule comparison, Hitman have humans box

  • psychojosh you bastered the wii is a great console so if you got something to say about how it sucks then you can suck my balls bastered

  • Are you 13 years old? If so then I can see how you'd think it was a good console. Also, learn to spell.

  • Listen, in Hitman BM the Peoples are only on a Script way. They don't walk left/right, only their lines. You could have one million of them, no cpu/gpu danger.

Dead Rising on Wii is small, NO RAGDOLL ?? They're stupid.

  • And no fucking violence in the Wii version ?? FUCKED UP SHIT . Look @ 360 it looks goregeous amazing = )

  • how come the mall seems so empty on the wii version

  • The Wii can fit about 50 zombies. It sucks, the 360 version is cheaper and better in every way possible.

  • actualy the wii can only fit 10-20 zombies on screen at a time but in the underground car park there is loads but there not animated in other words they dont move

  • Because this footage is of a tech demo.

They can simulate the crowds they had in the 360 version on any console.

  • Does someone saw Ikusagami?

    /watch?v=44KZ0neSz7E

If you use 1/3 of the demons in that game, and use the 2/3 of the processing power to improve the graphics and A.I., maybe you can get a decent dead rising port... notice that Ikusagami is a PS2 game.

The Wii have a lot more processing power compared to the PS2

The problem with Dead Rising Wii is that they just didn't spend enough resources, reused an existing engine, etc. It seems that it's possible to make a good port.

  • That so called "Wii" version has a poor quality video. The graphics look awful. If you want to see the proper quality look elsewhere on YouTube for it.

The video quality for both videos is so terrible you cannot possibly compare!

And no way am i going to download something just to go and do that.

  • Do these people not realize that not only does hitman have far inferior graphics, but that street of people is only in ONE part of the game. Hundreds of zombies are ALWAYS in Dead Rising Wii. People need to stfu..

  • For the Xbox you always see a lot on screen, but the Wii has less in view and they melt into the ground like in Resident Evil 4.

I haven't played Hitman, but i know and have seen a lot about it. The videos here don't do either game justice as the quality of both clips are such a poor rendition, that there is little point in putting this up in the first place!

I do not own an Xbox, i own a Wii, but i know Dead Rising on the Wii will be a disapointment, regardless of this Hitman compare.

  • Uhhh, why? The original didn't get great reviews. This one has a better save system, guns that actually DO something, bigger areas, more enemies, a better camera, etc. The graphics aren't even very different side by side. It'll be better than the original.

  • * Agreed, Dead Rising was under-rated.

    * Agreed, this does have a better save system.

    * Agreed, the guns have more worth on this.

    * Bigger areas, potentially. We have yet to see any extra bits to play around in.

    * More enemies, depends. In view, there are atleast 50% less. Out of view, not sure, but i doubt there will be more or the same as Xbox.

    * Agreed, better camera.

    * Though not the prettiest game, i still feel this version doesn't have graphics which match the Xbox version.

  • I meant more enemies as in types of enemies, not numbers. That being said- after seeing recent screenshots, I've seen up to 62 zombies at once.

  • Ah i see, sorry for misunderstanding it. ^_^

From video footage from official Trailers i have seen, what must be around the figure of 15-25 at a time, which in comparison to the original is a huge cut. And this is from an actual clip from the Wii-game.

    *shrug*

I guess the best we can all do i wait for the release and see the end product is and how it plays out. Hopefully most of the negatives will be put right, but only time can tell.

  • "The original didn't get great reviews"

You have no idea what you're talking about. Dead Rising got an 85% based on 82 reviews (According to Metacritic).

  • Ah, yes, the reviews. They're never wrong. Like LBP's 100% reviews.

Give me sales data over reviews anytime because money talks.

Heck, some reviewers get paid to give a crappy game 100% but that doesn't mean people will actually buy it.

  • I simply responded towards his remark about Dead Rising not getting great reviews, whether these reviewers opinions are "wrong" or if they were payed behind the scenes for a good review is another story.

As for your "money talks" comment, Dead Rising sold over 1 million copies in 2007.

  • i agree with u Sinful because i bought alone in the dark Wii version and its the worst game ever but the alone in the dark inferno its 1 of the best games ever

  • You're a fucking idiot. If sales determine game quality, then that means that Luigi's Mansion and Kirby's Air Ride were better than Psychonauts.

  • Haha wow you have got to be fucking joking.

i love how Wii owners delude themselves into thinking that a port of a 360 game for their shitty and technically inferior console will somehow be better than the original, or that their console has good games at all. It's like trying to convince yourself that the holocaust never happened.

  • Actually most people complain about the game,

    lol...

  • yeah, i dont expect too much, ive got both. but the xbox is from my brother(AAAAAAARGH!) i have got a wii that i bought and i can buy any game i want. but it has cool games, such as super smash brawl, or metroid prime corruption. its inferior, yes i accept that, but is not THAT bad, i like it because it haas a new system of controls of a game, such as moving, shaking and all those motion-track controls, graphics is the 3rd most important aspect of the game, 1rst is gameplay and 2nd the glichtes

  • Yeah... and? No one at all plays games for graphics, that's just a myth that Wii owners made up about people who prefer other consoles. EVERYONE knows that gameplay is more important than graphics. The Wii has neither.

Seriously, Brawl came out last march, how can you still prefer playing that over a console that gets good games practically every month? Even the PS3 has more great games than the Wii does.

  • Thank you for reading my mind. That is exactly what I always say... that "graphics" argument is what wii only owners say to justify things. I have a wii and a ps3 and:

    A) Graphics are important to a certain degree

    B) my wii has a 1 inch layer of dust on top.

  • i hav ps3 and a wii too and really i don´t sell my wii for 1 reason because i wana wait till bad fur day wii version (i hope it does come out 1 day) or games like dead rising.Idk why but i really play a lot ps3 and i barely touch my Wii i think its because PS3 have internet browser and a really better image than any console and other reasons

  • Hey dumbass, guess what: BAD FUR DAY IS NEVER COMING OUT FOR WII. You wanna know why? Because that game was made by Rareware, and Rareware was bought by Microsoft in 2003. So the only place that franchise is going, is on Xbox. Stop living under a rock.

  • I don´t care man it would be awesome but as u say if its never going to be on Wii i have a PS3 and i dont play Wii for like 6 monts a year

  • Only reason I don't sell my wii is the reason why most people won't sell their wii... Mario, Metroid and Zelda. However if you look back, most consoles only had 1 Mario per generation (except for mario kart, or any other "fun-but-bullshit" mario), so maybe mario galaxy will be the only mario?

  • wow... I going to have to agree with psychojosh. you should get a 360 and wait for Conker:live and reloaded to appear on the xbox originals.

  • an inch of dust?!?!? holy...

  • an incho of dust i would say a box of dust i dont use my Wii like a year PS3 its way better

  • if u like moving and shaking that much buy a PS3 with sixaxis controllers that its way better

  • dude firstly , thats an awful comparison , in hitman they are doing nothin (i dont even think there enemies are they?) second , i have dead rising for the 360 , there arent as many zombies as people claim , its only in certain spots were there are alot , aside from that its pretty much the same on screen zombie wise

  • nahh man... play dead rising again and you'll notice at least triple the zombies on-screen in Paradise plaza.

what you see in this video is probably the equivalent of how many Yellow Raincoat guys there are on-screen at a time in the 360 version.

  • ye , ur probably right . i still think the wii version ooks good though. thanks 4 not bein a dick in ur response :D

  • The truth simply is, it would've been BETTER to have a GOOD Wii version, but you're right: If this is what they're going to turn out, Wii would have been better without Dead Rising at all. This simply harms what people think of it. You can take PS3 games and modify the code so harshly that it will RUN on modern (crappy) PCs. Look it up if you have to. My point is, the Wii IS capable, but any hardware is only as capable as people even TRY on it. And Capcom simply didn't try. For shame!

  • Yeesh, that's sad. The unfortunate thing is that the final product is actually going to turn out like that. While there were several things they could've done to include the same amount, or close to the same amount, of zombies on screen as the Wii version, it really would've been better if they didn't even bother with a Wii version in the first place.

  • this proves nothing cuz dead rising hasnt came out for th wii yet so 1st u dont kno how many zombies there will be and 2ind u dont how good the graphics are gona be and ps2 graphics are worse then the wiis

  • i dont know y u 360 guys are laughing this has more than the 360 version but on this they all look the same and practically dont have AI they just walk around like headless chickens

  • imagine all of those people in Hitman as zombies!it would be so much fun!

  • theese games are both good, but i hav the 360 version of both of them

  • ma dove sono gli zombi...ma che zombi paradise...e no skifo sto gioco....non ci sono zombi

  • 360 only had so many to keep it's difficulty realistic, they couldn't just pack the plazas with five in every square meter.

  • Thanks for posting this video. It's true that the NPC's in Hitman aren't doing anything except standing so there can be more on screen than in Dead Rising where the zombies are interactive. But in Kingdom Hearts 2 (on PS2) there's a battle you do with a thousand enemies. They are all interactive and done in real time and there's well over a hundred on screen at the same time. The Wii is more powerful than the PS2 by a fair bit so i don't see why Capcom can't shove more zombies into the game.

  • I think the Wii has alot more to offer than what developers are taking advantage of and i hope Dead Rising doesn't turn out like that. Although the game is still in production and the video shown here was a very early demo so hopefully the game will improve vastly in the final game.

  • Check out the Gamecube 128 Marios tech demo with exactly that many doing individual things on screen and there's a CPU bar that doesnt ever go over the halfway mark. On a console three times faster and more efficient I expect it to do over a hundred as detailed as they have been in this vid easy.

  • although I dont with what k2178 said was ok, but he was right about the clip Axtmoerder show'd of dead rising, it was a incomplete version of it, it was more like a demonstration, of the version it will look much better in the final version, not like the 360 but good enough for me and it'll hold more zombies on screen, also k2178, its not HD lol, your probably thinking of the awesome Q 3 engine its going to be upgraded to next year and yea I'm excited woo! Score one for the wii!!

  • jajajajaja

  • dead rising for the wii has not been finished!!

PLUS, the wii's geting HD graphics!

    wat now *****!

  • Oh and why is the wii getting compared to a last gen console aka ps2? thats fucking sad.

  • Because...

    A) The Wii hardware is very similar to PS2 hardware.

    B) "Last gen" hardware can display hundreds and hundreds more people on-screen, but the Wii can't even render more than a few zombies at a time.

    THAT'S fucking sad.

  • i completly agree. the wii gets jipped on all the raw ass ps3/360 games. i'd rather have a 360

  • lol sad? I wish you had done more reading before making a SAD comment like that, I love dead rising, and so I'm getting it. Yes its gonna hold a close number to as much the 360 held, Plus zombies are gonna be more badass in this version as well (They're gonna run at moments and fast). Ahem excuse my language

  • I'm just commenting on what I see. That whole thing about the Wii version having as many zombies on screen as the 360 version is bullshit until I see it with my own eyes.

  • it uses re4 engine, not hitman.

  • fuck!

  • Uh, you might wanna note that the party go-ers on Hitman: Blood Money have barely any AI, are unable to attack you, and do not display any interest as you walk by them or bump into them. They don't even get counted into your total final kill amount. All they can do, is duck after they hear a gunshot. While the zombies on dead rising are far more complex, using trollies, and actually doing something after you walk by them.

  • Have you even played hitman? There ai is more complex if you know they can drag bodies once there dead they can detect suspicousness and they can spot bodies and alert ather ai members.

  • Yes, I have played Hitman, Own every game in the series, and love them all. Thing is these particular people you are passing, arn't really people. These ones don't have the same AI as your targets or bodyguards/police in the game. The Party-Goers can't reconise dead bodies only noise from explosions or gun fire, and even then they only duck Hell, try and kill as many as you can, and they don't even end up in your final kill tally. So to compare the Party-Goers to Zombies in Dead Rising is unfair

  • Star fox adventures

    Resident evil 4

    Twilight princess

    Rogue squadron III

    Rogue squadron 2

    REmake

any of these GC games looks better than any PS2 game

  • Yea thats kinda true if you ignore a few FF games on the PS2 and a few other games. WHen doing that, then yea you can say that. ( Yes I have both consoles. I regret getting the GC to be honest, was not worth the cash I spent on it. )

  • GameCube:

    CPU 485 MHz 2 GFLOPS

    GPU 162 MHz 8 GFLOPS

    PS2:

    CPU 294 MHz 0,68 GFLOPS

    GPU 147 MHz 6 GFLOPS

    Xbox:

    CPU 733 MHz 3 GFLOPS

    GPU 233 MHz 8,3 GFLOPS

Get your facts straight, and this game is the worst lookin game ever for Wii.

  • i think its farcry and i dont think hes ridiculing the wii hes ridiculing the game >.>

  • Dead Rising Beta: few on screen zombies, SUPERB grfx (I compared them to the 360 vrsn and see NO DIFFERENCE, if you say there is a difference you are just a troll)

I do not see how this comparison is valid, it compared a game that is STILL IN BETA TESTING to a game that is already complete, and outdated as well. Chop till you Drop looks amazing compared to Hitman, and when it is finished it will have even more zombies on screen than Hitman's crappy dance room.

  • correction: Hitman showed streets littered with NPC's doing the same thing over and over, limited AI script is limited.

I am sure when CtyD is finished the zombies on screen will outnumber what hitman had on screen AND have more animations per group/individual.

tl;dr comparing CtyD to Hitman is just a sad attempt at trolling.

  • And about the troll thing, grow up. I see a difference. First off, the water isn't as strong as the 360s version. The textures and blood effects are horrible, just too plain. But, as you say, this is in it's Beta stage. So I still wait until CtyD impresses me.

  • But you gotta understand one thing. You can't compare the two games because they are of two different genres. Secondly, this video uses footage taken from Hitman Blood Money for the PS2. Note, the PS2 was from last generation. Secondly, Hitman Blood Money was released back in 2005 or 2006. Of course the Wii compared with the Ps2, would win. Dead Rising here has more been updated.

  • people are so stupid the dead rising for wii isnt 100% done yet

  • tha dead rising for wii hasent made a trailer yet

  • A game in its beta form to a crappy PS2 game. Good job. Hitman looks horrible. There are so many characters on screen that there is fog right in front of your face instead of a couple hundred feet away like in most games. Also every person is doing the same thing. It was a cheap crappy way to put a lot of characters on screen. It was confirmed that the wii version of Dead Rising will have almost as many enemis as the 360 version. The wii version also gets different kinds of enemies/weapons.

  • First of, in Hitman, the npcs are placed there to make it seem like a parade. Even though, I do admit it is a little stupid, there is a reason why they're there. Plus, the npcs don't really disturb you as much.

  • ok this is footage of the DEMO it will most likely get better by the end of january, and duh the wii doesnt have AMAZING or HD graphics but it is decent and this will have amazing gameplay.

  • hey mate this game looks wicked cant wait im getting it:)
