Would agree that most Indians are pure Aryans in every region of India. Color variability is due to climate. What I do not agree with you is on the origins of Aryans. This great Race originated in Central Asia and India. Central Asia is linked to India and in reality Kashmir is Central Asia more north than most Afghanistan. Early Aryans when they split spoke Rigvedic Sanskrit and Avestan Persian as they were very nearly the same. Even today Kashmiri is very close to Rigvedic Sanskrit.

Kashmiris since ancient times are heavy meat-consumers. During the Hindu period as well huge amount meat was consumed including wild pig. In modern Kashmir no Beef or Pork is taken considering the sensitivities of the Hindu and Muslim populations. Note some foreigners (we know who they are) are placing data that Timur conquered Kashmir. Thus influenced our food. Timur never came close to Kashmir.

I agree that Kashmiris have been Meat consumers since alteat 5000 years. Even before that, when we Saraswat brahmins lived along Saraswat River, we ate Meat. No, it is because we kashmiris regardless of religion are MEAT -EATERS. And I am a Kashmiri Pandit (brahmin).

While we have vegetarian dishes as well, I do not think that Non-Kashmiris will like our vegetarian dishes too much...On the other hand, our kashmiri Meat dishes are the BEST in the world.

Well Hindus are a diverse set of people from staunch vegetarians to fish eaters to those who eat lamb/goat/chicken...But Hindus, including my kashmiri Pandit community, do NOT eat Beef.
