I am 100% mexican and I just want to say that your mothers recipe looks delicious! The so called "mexican way" is not always healthy so I like to see others make their own versions of differnt foods so I can incorporate them into my own recipies! Good call with the bell peppers! Very healthy and adding the bell pepper reminds me of fajitas. Although I will be stealing this recipe lol, I will be leaving the egg out. People are so harsh on youtube I swear! Great video Judy!
