@jackliu913 he is trying to tone down the physical play and is turning it into a joke. Any time a big hit happens there is a penalty now. He is trying to take fighting out of hockey which will probably make them loose fans instead of gaining them. he puts expansion teams in the most idiotic of places (South Florida, Phoenix Georgia) and leaves cities that care about hockey in the cold (Winnipeg, Quebec City, Hartford). He has no clue what he is doing.
