lol at 10003949, its was not 70 odd mph at any point, this vid actually seems quicker and more realistic, looks well worth the climb to the top. good quality road too.
@4dread5 it is worth the climb. just need to make sure no cars set off before you or they end up holding you up, although on a bike you can probably get enough speed to over take them.
@TheshaunPearce nice, bet thats satisfying/ terrifying, going past cars at over 40mph lol. i get a buzz just from filtering through the city. u ever try it on a drop handle roady bike? although prob just as quick on mountain bike, more confidence to stick it in the bends i find.
try 77.1mph Mike 'Bomber' Harris and I did this a couple of weeks ago him on a high tech road bike me on a 30 yr old mountain bike with 2 inch slicks - 18 st 10lbs or 113kg helps though!
