lol i had the same porblem from the looks of this video to me it looks like your twisting right off of the bat make sure that you reach the peak of your jump and be half way in the backflip like upside down and then twist. remember more flip. less twist in thoughts.
@PxQxP The same thing, you just go to much back, you almost jump fort a flip, and you you spin too early, the good postion is in half rotation, so just go higher wait to spin, and it will be great!
in the standing double your arms need to get up faster, try doin standing fulls with ankle weight onto mats and then start doing standing doubles off panel mats.
for the double back through to double, just set harder and straighten you're legs, the db is plenty high enough. you just gotta get more used to coming out into a handspring which is hard in itself.

Your doubletuck flipflop was fine just make it a bit faster into the flipflop.. The standing double needs a few things fixed.
1st Dont throw ur head back and twist down, both very bad things to do in this.
2nd U gotta pull ur toes over as fast as possible. U kinda just tired to drag them around on this 1.
3rd Jump up and rotate on the way up while twist and pulling ur lower body. This skill cant be done by using ur upper body u have to focus on ur legs and how ur pulling alot them.
i dont know why it feels this way and i cant even do a full twist but it seems u put all ur energy into rotation rather than balancing it out with height im sorry if this seems stuck up but it doesnt look like ur getting enough air for the double full i dont know if this helps or if ur just gonna get mad but thats what it feels like for some reason idk y tho lol

from me: squeeze ur legs they are loose and do not make for a stable landing.
