  • How much weight should I attempt the lift with?

  • Are you a weight-lifter? It depends on how much you are capable of lifting. I would say generally between 110lbs and 135lbs is what you would be looking at unless you get some real overweight cheerleader. Be careful if you are going to try.

  • yeah, if i want to try it, i need to know how much weight to attempt it with.

  • If you can bench press it, you can attempt it with that amount.

  • I don't know her or the guy lifting her. So it would probably be hard for me to find out, lol
