  • I have a track maintenance car and what went on the open space that is on yours what a trackless tiny black caboose.

  • Based on the size of your collection, you seem to have a decent budget for buying train gear, so why not buy some more track to give your nice collection some running room? Your Daylight would probably look great on wider curves and some long straight runs.

  • @MrCuriousOnlooker Actually, I've been collecting for a long time. I actually have no money right now, but I do plan on getting better track soon.

  • The army engine is an GP-40

  • If you are bored one day, just snap the body off one of your broke engines and start tinkering with it. The problem could be anything from a broke wire to a screwed up motor. Just take your time and eventually, you could be great at repairing locomotives.

  • you should do the sp dalight and some freaght cars can you do that for a video it would be cool

  • @Csxtrains122 Sorry, I don't do video request's anymore.

  • hey can you make a video of your norfolk southern locomotives

  • you know what locomoptive would look good with your up dash 9??? an EMD DDA40x lol i am an EMD fan, but i still like GE too

  • @Barricade360 I did see a DDA40X once but it was like over $300 :D

  • you should make a vid of what you have so far.

  • how did you get yours i want one and if you want to sell the chessei f il by it

  • @hoscaletrain The Norfolk Southern high hood came from a Bochman train set and none of my ho scale trains are for sale.

  • if you would sell the norfolk southern high hood let me know

  • @hoscaletrain nope, sorry

  • @trainman122 hey are you workin on a new layout? cause you have not made a vid in a while.

  • @fishinghuntingtrain I am making a layout, and I did make a video of it not to long ago, but I haven't touched it in a while so there's nothing to report on.

  • @trainman122 O cool, what is the vid called?

  • i feel sorry for kobe though man

  • dude i do the o scale acela i take really good care of it and i have the whole amtrak engines all diesel all electric even the GG1

  • I can tell you don't take care of your trains very well.

  • @NScaleRRFan After we had the house fire the people in charge of the clean up didn't take very good care of my trains, this is how they looked after I got them back. I'll admit they weren't very good before but they were better than than how they look here.

  • @trainman122 how was the fire caused?

  • @ThePPPTrainAndCarFan The fire investigators said it was out old stove, while me and my mom where out at a theme park our stove decided to start on fire and burn everything in our kitchen. The fire burned itself out shortly after that due to a lack of oxygen but had destroyed our kitchen, left a layer of soot on everything, and had killed our dog "Kobe" through carbon dioxide inhalation. When we came home everything on the outside looked normal, so we got a nasty surprise when we walked inside.

  • @trainman122 aww poor Kobe :( he was a really cute puppy

  • @ThePPPTrainAndCarFan He wasn't a puppy but he still had quite a few years left in him.

  • Hopefully I haven't already posted this, but -

    1. Do yourself a favour and use Bachmann E-Z Trak with nickel-silver rail (and grey/gray? plastic base). Needs less cleaning than steel rail (black base).

    2. Hope you've converted to knuckle couplers by now.

    3. Fixing non-DCC locos is pretty easy - you just need current paths in and out. Clean all contacts, check all connections, make sure motor is turning, check brushes on commutator. Google it if any of the above doesn't mean anything to you.

  • @JBofBrisbane #1 I didn't know that, #2 I have, #3 good to know. Thanks for the advise.

  • @JBofBrisbane Nice, I use and do everything you mentioned ;)

  • Love the trains!!!!

  • I have some of those trains to including the Conrail. Check out my videos at coopermr1

  • Leave some of the sut on the trains, they look nice and weathered with it on.

  • trainman122 can i hae the trains that dont work? at least i'll idle them in the track to look like they actually mean business you know what i mean right? so if i could have themi will give you my full adress to where to send them......thats if you say yes though

  • @MrSantafe307 Sorry, no I can't give them to you.

  • @trainman122 ah ah ah i didnt finish my sentence i meant to say at least i will idle them in the track that i will never have :( because no one has a heart to give me some trains or at least give me track i dont have money i admit it and no one cant even give me one so can you at least give me the conrail or the chessie system? i seware on my life i will take care of them and send you messages of how they are doing or tell you that it is very goodin shape so plz lemme have one :(

  • @trainman122 or at least tell dmncau the train showoff to let me have some of his trains plz i beg you

and try watching my vids theyre pretty awesome and i could suprise all of us train lovers with tons of videos of trains passing by the house cause the tracks are really close to the house and tons of csx, conrail, bnsf, santa fe,canadian national, and others pass by so watch my vids sometimes look for them

  • can you run your cn f7?

  • i hope im not bothering you but if you can, could you run the CN f7 with the amtrak f7 dummy and your passenger cars

  • @TClee12 Don't worry, your not bothering me. But I'm not doing requests anymore, Sorry.

  • what are you going to do with the N scale set?

  • @goofyone6721332004 I may sell some of it, but I'm not sure yet.

  • @trainman122 well if you want to sell it, let me know

  • @goofyone6721332004 OK, I'll let you know.

  • hornhooks are nice actually. i use a transition car because i have so much from the 60's and 70's and the kaydees for me don't hold well.

  • nice i have the santa fe but i don't know what model is P.S LOVE THE ARMY SET LOVE IT

  • hey want to sell one of the dash nines?

  • @tquitad nope.

  • i recament atlas code 100 for track is better than bachmen fastsnap

sorry about your accela it was nice

  • o41 i feel sad for you

  • @xxHaloVidsxx No, the cleaners who put the locomotives away in boxes broke them. Can you read numb-nuts?

  • Did you go to the train shop. They coude fix the engines that broke in the fire and they could look at the Chessie System and see why it never worked.

  • get the chessie system F7 fixed

  • the chessie motor( if its the same one im thinking of) only needs new points ... mine did the same thing its got two small points inside held in by tiny springs... dont loose the springs...unreplacable hope that works

  • Did you try looking at the motor in the chessie system F7. You could probably take the body off easily

  • @TrackMaster555 The body does come off easily but I wouldn't know what to do with the motor to get it fixed, I just need to get one of my friends to take a look at it.

  • Canadian National i think is basiclly a F7 but in Canada its a FP9A

  • E7 you mean F7 it only has 4 axles and you had a house fire?

  • Santa fe is a C40-8W U Can Tell By The Trucks

  • US Army Is A GP40 it has 3 fans and 1 exhaust

  • i see u use horn hook couplers, i do to its becoming a real challenge to find rolling stock with the couplers

  • @jarrod989 Actually its the opposite with me. I love Knuckle Couplers and have no problem finding trains with them. In fact I recently bought a steam locomotive that was made some time ago and it has a knuckle coupler on its tender. I'm also going to convert my train cars to knuckle couplers. Horn hook couplers don't hold together well on bumps either.

  • @jarrod989 yeah dude I would go with knuckle couplers. Horn hook is really old and I doubt you can find any newer trains with them

  • checate mi video!!

  • do you still do request? if you do could you run your deleware and hudson with your hoppers

  • Dude, can I offer you a trade for that steam loco

  • @MrMichaelDogson nope, the daylight is not for sale or trade.

  • whats the radiusof them turns

  • Get a piece of very fine sand paper and use it on the tracks and itlll clean them up so theyll run like new.

  • your trains are very cool

  • how much for the conrail u boat

  • @pradaboii97 I'm not selling my trains.

  • Could the Chessie be a dummy?

  • @LegoBrickr Its defiantly not a dummy.

  • Your 4449 does the exact same thing that my steamer did before it broke. I had Power Loc track and the turns were just way to much. In my opinion Power Loc track and I guess Easy Track are very similar. Then I got Atlas True-Track, I think it's alot easier on my engines.

  • cool

  • Your Daylight doesn't like it (most likely) because your turn radius might be a little to much. I had bought a Steamer that was very similar to the Daylight and it would not maintain speed through a corner because of the radius. I would recommend a 48" or a 60" radius for that engine. looks like you have a 36"

  • YEA! LONG LIVE CSX! FIRE SURVIVORS!!

  • oh yeah the AMTRAK engine at 140 is an FL9

  • run the army train

  • @CSXdude28 Sorry, I don't do requests anymore.

  • the soot makes the cn look great

  • That's a CSX D8-40CW

  • @kittycraft I think that's a C40-8W. I'm not sure what the D means but railroad's have a tendency to put the locomotives model name under the cab-side road number and have it messed up like that. I wish I knew why..

  • @trainman122 The D is for the standard name: Dash 8/9. Plus, GE said that I guess to make it more organized. Also, that Amtrak is a F9 & the CN's are FP7's.

  • I Think that u should do the camo train

  • You are correct about the Conrail Unit. It is a U23B

  • Why ya stop doing requests?

  • @imbloy542 I'm working on my layout in my basement, until its finished I don't want to use it.

  • @trainman122 weird... working on your layout then DON'T use it? What are you trying to do? Put it in your garage Sale or something?

  • @imbloy542 No its not finished yet so I want to wait until it is done before I use it.

  • @trainman122 So you'll do requests when its done?

  • @imbloy542 Possibly, it depends on how well the layout works.

  • Dude you are so lucky. I love that UP Dash 9!

  • nice dash 9 and hi hood. I love the dash 9's an the Norfolk Southern railway runs through the town I live near so ive seen those hi hoods at a bridge that goes over a four way intersection

  • Have you tried cleaning the wheels to some of the engines that dont work? With the Acela, there is a switch for either using the pantograph or the rails as power. Maybe its switched the wrong way? If not any of those, have you removed the shell to see if anything looks unusual? To fix the F unit, go buy some Atlas Conductive lube and apply it to the contact points. You'll have to take off the shell to do that.

Lemme know if you need help

  • if the sute doesnt do anything u should leave it on

    more effect

  • Awh man can I hav a engine?

  • btw, on the crane train, it's not the rock railroad, its rock island.

  • @SuperBanana121 Ya, I realized that after the video.

  • Hey man. U should take your acela apart on camera and I can tell u what is wrong

  • CAn you do the light up train car with the high hod engine

  • @AndymooP sorry, I dont take requests anymore.

  • Because its a dummy

  • thats ok

  • can you do the army train

  • @lachyloveslego122 Sorry, I don't take requests anymore.

  • @trainman122 Dumbass :l

  • the fire kind of gave them a weathered look which is cool, but for someone going by Trainman122 he doesn't know a lot about the engines or the name of the couples lol just saying, but each their own!!!

  • @WorldOfNothin actually I learned what they all are now.

  • @trainman122 well thats a good thing lol I wasn't trying to be rude, was just pointing it out!!! Trust me I don't remember everything about mine and would probably have trouble if I was put in the spotlight lol In some ways I pretty much kind of stuck my own foot in my mouth here lol

  • What manufacturer are the dash 9's made by? How much did you buy them for? Thanks

  • Are you using EZ track?

  • @DeanC993 In the video, yes.

  • ur daylight has problems on the curves because it has a long wheelbase and the curves r to tight for it

  • ur daylight has problems on the curves because it has a lone wheelbase and the curves r to tight for it

  • the F7 you have is a dummy engine. its just for looks. no function

  • Look at the bright side kid... the soot from the fire gave them a weathering affect.

  • @Leveractionjake ya, I've been told that over a dozen times now but it's till good to hear it.

  • @trainman122 You should Dummy your Conrail U-boat! If you sell it on ebay Ill definatly buy it!

  • can you put your union pacifc dash 9 with the csx with your box carsand the crane train. plz

  • Nice! I have the same ovel u have

I have 7 cars and 2 engines. 1 of them is a GP40 and the other one is a U30B. Only 1 or my train cars are weathered that i have currently.

  • Cool collection. Do yourself a favour and refit all your locos and rollingstock with "that kind of coupler" (preferably Kadee or at the very least, Bachmann E-Z Mate Mk 2), so you can do delayed uncoupling. The "I don't know what that is" Amtrak Phase 3 loco looks like an F-7 by Athearn - I have two, an older one and a relatively recent one.

  • for that cn train the sut makes the train look weatherd and more relistic

  • Hey, I want to see the CSX dash 9 run. please

  • cool thanks

  • are you building a layout? and if you are please make a vid of it ill be the first to watch it

  • @consolidationlover Sorry, I already made a video of my layout. Look for it on my channel under "my first layout update"

  • Would you be able to do a demo and explain more about the acela set, like some of the details and characteristics?

  • @firelitebg12L The acela locomotive is broken. All I can tell you is that it was made by Bochmann, came with a dummy engine, and was $120 when I bought it.

  • Could you run the daylight pulling all your cars that you have?

  • @ctack123 Sorry, my HO scales have been put away until I finish my layout.

  • Could you run the norfolk southern engine with the army engine?

  • Could you run the norfolk southern engine?

  • My Santa Fe Super chief has a FRONT but not a back

  • @trainman122

Ok well good luck with ur new layout!

  • Can you do a csx with maybe the conrail as a dummy?

  • @EurosportRacingIMSA Sorry, I'm building a layout so I can't use them until its finished.

  • where did u buy the chessie system from, if it wasn't from the internet then u should return it

  • @MrJohndeere55 I broke the chessie system and I got it from a small flee market.

  • @trainman122

    ohhh, too bad poor train

  • keep the dirt on the canadiian natanial, then its very realistic

  • @MrJohndeere55 I have a feeling you don't like canadian trains.

  • @trainman122

no i like canadian trains, but in case u ever get a layout the it will look like a real engine, ohh i really like ur southern pacific too

  • show video of camo train and its stuff it comes with

  • the acela and us army look awesome tough.ever planned to buy a new acela??

  • the acela looks awesome tough.ever planned to buy a new??

  • hey man can i buy you camo train please

  • @nerfmaster0326 sorry, no trains are for sale here.

  • PS3

  • @scubatrooper12 yep, its awesome.

  • @trainman122 no its not XBOX

  • @re49991 not when you have to pay for the internet.

  • your right its a u-boat!!

  • your right its a u-boat!!

  • can you do your UP Dash 9

  • @Calenhenderson Sorry, im no longer doing this.

  • @Calenhenderson Sorry, I'm not doing this anymore

  • @trainman122 women are great, eh? jk...

  • Hey trainman122! got a quick queston for ya! what is you favorite model train you own?

  • @Retrainmytrain Well I recently bought a custom ATLAS RS-36 that was painted to look like the Genesee Valley Transportation locomotive that I love.

  • the rail, wheel and tie car had a caboose on it.

  • cool trains,my trains cool 2

  • i can fix the chessie

  • @re49991 No thanks, I have a friend close by that can fix it.

  • the problem might be for the chessie is that it might be a dumby locomotive

  • @chubbychaser5 Its not a dummy, it has a motor and it was running for a bit until it took a nasty fall and now I can't figure out why it wont work.

  • the us army train is a gp40ph and the ns high hood is a gp38 and the ns operation lifesaveris a gp40 ph also.

i have the same conrail but the wheels came off cool trains.

  • the us army train is a gp40ph and the ns high hood is a gp38.

i have the same conrail but the wheels came off cool trains.

  • the us army train is a gp40ph.i have the same conrail but the wheels came off cool trains.

  • Dude could you put all your loco. and train cars all together???

  • Shame the Acela dosent work! She's a Beauty!

    Nice trains, too!

  • The cn f unit looks good with the soot on!

  • @MrBlueboy6666 ya, like natural weathering.

  • You♥your trains LoL

  • @TheBassguitarfreak you bet.
