  • professer kariim,, what dvd is this on???? i just ordered hidden kick technique.. waitin on that one

  • WOW!

    That is amazing!

I've never seen such a fantastic red beard!

  • The swiftness, accuracy, and quickness with which the Sensei places those kicks and other strikes is outstanding. This is the kind of training that makes a man want to get up and leave his current location and move to where ever the dojo is located just to be a life long student lol. Even if a brother had to sweep and mop the floors of the dojo as a job I would do it just to learn from this man LOL. OUS!

  • Is his beard red?

  • awsome kicks and very good transitions. keep up the good work

  • HOW DO YOU KNOW WITCH KICK IS RIGHT???

  • JINICHI KAWAKAMI

Kawakami Sensei's lineage is recognized by the governments of Mie (Iga) and Shiga (Koka) prefectures where the old Iga and Koga areas are located, as well as the Iga Ninja Museum as the last real practitioner of ninjutsu. The Iga Ninja Museum is registered under law as a certified museum by the Mie Prefectural Committee Board of Education. It is the only museum in the world of its kind, the only public ninja museum in Japan that is backed by the government.

  • Koga/Koka is not dead as some would have you believe. The Banke Shinobinoden is well-documented in Japan.

  • Koryu organizations have long discounted claims by ninjutsu practitioners, stating that there are too many gaps in their lineages. The explanations given by Kawakami Sensei apparently impressed Meik Skoss; he believes Kamakami Sensei is authentic, saying "I found Kawakami Sensei's answer a telling one with regard to my being convinced of his legitimacy.

  • Many other writers have either spurious or unsubstantiated backgrounds, which is why, up until now, I have dismissed their claims to being genuine exponents of traditional arts."

  • @karim1950 I don't blame you. Ninjutsu is about practice not politics.

  • @Ronin10467I'm not afraid to deal with any issue but when inject racism in the discussion that's where I draw the line. You must show some respect or you will be blocked!

  • @Ronin10467 Just like you said to everybody else these are words of your month!

  • @Ronin10467 Your problem is your bias, you made a false statement about Fujita and then I presented proof to the contrary and you react with conjecture and personal attacks.Instead of putting your prejudice a side and doing some serious research, you attack respectful Senseis without provocation! As long as you maintain this attitude you will never excel! Your young with no real experience and now you know everything because you read some books or spoke to someone, what a shame!

  • @Ronin10467 To be a good Budoka and researcher you have to be open minded and not br blinded with other people's biases. I'm on a quest for knowledge, like I said there are no one claim, there is nothing new under the sun.If you are going to preoccupy your time with just lineage then you will be stuck in a time warp and you will never learn anything about Bujutsu!

  • @harleyqslovechild88 Apology accepted, no harm done.

  • @Ronin10467Fujita would also advise Inoue to train under Gozo Shioda as well. Fujita felt that his approach was more practical and relevant to actual application

  • @Ronin10467 The weapons society practices all eight of the Okinawan classical weapons, and all the combined katas (107) of the Naha, Shuri, Aragaki and Tomari styles.

In addition, Inoue sensei was also the founder of his own style called the Yuishinkai Karate, a name given to him by Soke Seiko Fujita. The system was developed around four main influences:

    *Fujita Seiko-Koga Ryu Ninjutsu

    *Yasuhiro Konishi-Ryobu kai karate jutsu

    *Shinken Taira-Ryukyu kobujutsu

    *Gozo Shioda-Ueshiba Aikido

  • @Ronin10467

Seiko would advise Inoue to train under sensei Konishi Yasuhiro and Taira Shinken, who became his primary instructors after the death of Seiko Fujita in 1966. Taira Sensei taught Mr. Inoue the vast weapons curriculum of the Ryukyu Kobujutsu Hozon Shinkokai (The Society for the Promotion and Preservation of Classical Martial Arts).

  • @Ronin10467 Interestingly, his training began under a personal security specialist hired by Motokatsu's father to work in their house. This specialist was none other than Soke Seiko Fujita, the 14th headmaster of Koga ryu Ninjutsu, and the last known of his kind to work for the government. Mr. Seiko was always present around the house, and begun teaching Inoue sensei as a young child

  • @Ronin10467 That's not a true statement from Seiko Sensei, there are students of Seiko still alive, your distorting the facts!

  • @Ronin10467Motokatsu Inoue student of Fujita Seiko

Motokatsu Inoue was the grandmaster in Yui Shin Kai and Ryukyu Kobjutsu.

His father was a general in the army and grandson to the former Prime Minister of Japan, Katsura Taro, The familly's social status opened doors and provided oppurtunitys that most japanese did not have. Due to this Motokatsu was exposed to martial arts from an early age

  • @Ronin10467All what your saying has been dealt with and I refuse to go down that road. I'm not concern with what your saying to which it own!

  • the thing what most ppl forget and what makes marital arts so great is that is prepared you to have a system of attack/defense (style, technique, etc) scripted out, rather than just brawling...this is y no combative is better than the other, its in the hands of the user.

  • @trufiend138 Very well put!

  • @Ronin10467 Your mistaken do the research, Ninjutsu has it martial roots in most ancient Ryu. There is no one claim when it comes to Bujutsu, Most Shinobi Bushi Masters influence other existing Ryu, again do the research!

  • @Ronin10467Thanks,but one man opinion.

  • I love dat kick at 3:36

  • Damn u guys are good

  • Very clever, take his focus and energy to one place long enough to disrupt his balance in another. Great demonstration.

  • you guys are really cool cats.....got your moves down and its very fluid..I like that however, not to sound like some know it all but do you ever practice these kicks while the person tries to actively block or catch them?

  • @232323C, if you notice these are defensive kicks and the reason their call kakusi geri is the shadow effect. Hopefully to make the kicks indefensible the kicks are hidden.

  • @karim1950 yes, true....that makes sense......completely.....i got it now.....thanks!

  • Sharp. Where do these brothers train?

  • @Shodan9168, in NYC, Brooklyn.

1:05 next time let your student be careful.

  • Al-hamdullilah, the students are careful but there no gain without struggle. There is no intent to hurt or injure but we try to condition the mind and body to accept control punishment. The student expect a certain amount of contact under control circumstances, this InSha'Allah will prepare them for live combat,Jazakumullah for your concern and input.

  • The move at 3:31 was amazing. Even I never saw that kick coming

    Fantastic. Keep them coming :)
