I don't find Olly arrogant or cocky. What I see is intelligence and a great heart. Watching him throughout all this videos I see him reach out to the others, like showing Joe how the thriller routine went and being the brunt of jokes in the kitchen. He's fun, sensitive and entertaining. He is going to have a wonderful career.
