Not everyone who dies in battle will go to Valhöl (you should also not have been born outside of the Scandinavian countries) and even if you die honorably and are of high standing it's not guaranteed you'll join the Einherjar.

Most people know English...it makes sense that if you want to be a successful musician, that you sing in a language most people know. The US is one of the premier musical stages in the world, along with England and Japan they make the three places a musician MOST wants to be popular. Two of those countries are predominantly English speaking, and in the US learning other languages is basically frowned upon by the "cool" society. Sucks that my own culture prizes ignorance though.
