How much is too much at the gym? I've been dieting and exercising all summer, but sometimes I'll stay at the gym for like 2 1/2 hours and burn over 900 cals! Is that bad? How long do you stay?
Girl I love your attitude! You are definitely a beehealthy role model! :-) Your philosophy is pretty similar to mine, you should do the health tag. I made a health tag, which is similar to the beauty guru tags, only its all about diet and fitness and taking care of yourself :-)

Your thinking is very logical! I totally agree!! I always tell my friends I go to the gym because it makes me feel good... Losing weight is not even on my mind... And I love the gym :) great video!

your not supposed to weigh or measure yourself after a work out. when you work out your body swells up so you are essentially larger which makes it pointless to to weigh or measure yourself after. do it before if you have to.

My dad has been slightly overweight since he quit smoking 14 years ago. He just recently started going to the gym and just doing whatever he wanted to. Everyone kept telling him that he wouldn't get results that way, but with a healthier diet and doing whatever he felt like doing at the gym, he lost 32 pounds in 2 months. His doctor was so suprised! Plus, it was heathy for him to lose that much weight in such a short amount of time.

I think this is a great video. I have never thought of making the gym/exercise a positive situation, I've always thought I just had to do it enough to make it a habit and I would be fine. So now I'm going to try to make exercise a positive thing that I truly enjoy. :)
You have such good points. But, for those who do want to lose weight while going to the gym, their nutrition goes hand in hand. My boyfriend changed his diet and goes to the gym at least four times a week, and he's dropped 22 pounds in two and a half months! Great video! : )
I need to lose a lot more than 5 or 10 pounds ...more like if you add an extra zero or two to those numbers ...but I love myself anyway and I think Im beautiful! I am so thankful I was raised the way I was! Im probably one of the most vain fat people you'll ever meet! Ive always been very active and healthy but now I do feel different, have less energy and more health problems! I just want to be healthier! Im working on it... slowly but surely! Love you doll! xo
