I have only recently been introduced to this series when a friend loaned to me series 1-3 to watch when I was at home recovering from an accident. I watch all 36 episodes over a period of about 2 weeks and this is without doubt one of the best series that I have ever seen. It is brilliant and I could not wait to see more. I'm devasted that the series has ended. I'm sure that I will watch it again and again. And to whoever made the decision not to continue the series "go fuck yourself"

Great show. It was like watching theater, but with bigger budgets, makeups, and sets. Ian McShane pulled of one of the greatest performances I've ever seen.

The show's Al Swearengen became one of the greatest characters of all time. He was both hated and loved.

I just wanted one more season to try and wrap things up. It so unfortunate that it was cut short. I've never seen anything like this on television. It will be sorely missed.
