  • Ran out of room. I also wanted to thank you for this nice video. I really enjoyed it. I was born on Long Island and have never moved away. I love it here and hopefully one day if my investments go my way, I can move out to the Hamptons myself :) That would be a dream come true!

  • My uncle who does well for himself, makes over $400k a year. Anyway, he's married with no kids and tried to find a nice house in South Hampton "His Dream Town" & could not afford to live there! Even with his income & perfect credit, it couldn't be done for the type of house he's looking for... At least 3,500 sq ft or larger. The taxes alone are immense. He ended up moving to Miller Place & into a very nice 4200 sq ft home. That's how expensive it is out there, but I think it's worth it =D
