It's FRAPS (ver. 2.9.8) be sure to have checked ,,Full size" and not ,,half size". That maybe takes more HD-space, but is in much better quality. And last but not least: when u r rendering select 1280:720 for size.
actually I did see the asmodian city but didn't capture it due to the 1000+ vids about it on youtube. And no, you can't fly in citys but do something calles gliding.
