I think Eun Gyu wrote the song about Pupu's kidnapping to SYMBOLIZE Jung Won. If you listen to the lyrics (or read the lyrics like I am) you'd see that the Pupu represents Jung Won...someone so precious to him that he lost overnight and he's waiting for her to come back. That's how Jae Gwang must feel...that's why Eun Gyu wrote the song. GREAT SONG, by the way.

i dont like the girl who was casted for jungwon. she gives me the chills cuhz ive always seen her in scary movies and not like a love story type thing. and the guy who playes heewon looks WAYYYYY too nice. i mean heewon IS a nice guy, but he just doesnt fit the image of heewon i had in mind when i read the story. but i think jang geun suk is somewhat alike with eungyu. i thought of janggeunsuk while i read it long time ago.
