Beautifully animated film, I enjoyed the differences of the artistic style, and it promoted the feel of the story much more effectively than had it been drawn in a typical anime format.

how can you complein about the art of these film? it`s wonderful! and it's a lot more interesting that all that bunch of kitch and cheessey anime films. I don`t like all that anime pre-made characters, but in this film the simplisity of the geometrical drawings has translated real characteristics in a few lines.

I definitly plan to buy this movie. The art is what i'm most attracted to. I can't believe some people don't like it. It's great animation better than that other anime shit with half naked school girls running around and horny bean pole shaped boys chasing after them. Btw, i really like the audio swap i think it's fitting in an unfitting way. The video shows chaos and the song is calming. It's a great combination in a weird, creative way. :-] So yeah, great amv <3

Wow, I actually liked the feel of the amv with the swapped music. Very serene. And oddly enough I bought this movie a WHILE ago but have yet to sit down and watch it... This was seriously the best movie I've ever seen. When I watched it, I was speechless towards the ending. The story behind it is just amazing, and my friends don't wanna watch it because of the art. I convince them it's good, but they don't budge. What you put in your description is 100% right about the movie. Your AMV was beautiful. I love the song. :] 5/5

by the time i saw this movie, i was already familiar with the art style cuz i read the manga it was based on...the author taiyo matsomuto studied in france and that's sorta like what the comic style is there. and it looks beautiful in animation.

It's called TekkonKinkreet, which is a play on words where they swiched some kanji. If you swich it back, it says "Re-enforced concrete". It's about these two kids whose names are Kuro and Shiro (or Black and White). And I guess when it all comes down to it, they need eachother to survive. You can't have Black with out White or the other way around. There's more, but it's hard to explain.
