Thanks for the answer. U actually just got a 16g and a bunch of other mods! And my turbo makes a wee bit of a flutter now. Not near that much, but sounds pretty sick now
h.k.s ssqv b.o.v makes the fluter and you need a b.o.v on a turbo car if you got none its forcing boost presure back therw your turbo and out your pod filter witch in time will fuk your turbo thats why they have factory b.o.v on factory turbo cars
@yfz450rider39 The flutter is generated through the turbo not the bov, the bov makes the wushhh sound, The flutter is caused when the air surges back through the turbo giving the awesome noise you hear combined with the wushh off the bov. Factory bovs blow out all the excess air, hence not surging the turbo, while after market tends to cause the turbo to flutter when the intake valve closes. You could also just block the factory bov to surge the turbo.
@chinox32 yeah i couldnt help myself it now runs 13.2 with standard turbo but it has many other supporting mods. upgrading the turbo within this month should have around 320rwkw for an 11sec pass im hoping

Ive Seen An R33 Gtst Pull 309.8whp On A Dyno With A Apexi Exhaust And A "High Boost Switch" < Dont Really Get The Point In A High Boost Switch But We Have A Front Mount Intercooler, Biiiig Exhaust, Profec 2 Boost Controller Set At About 12psi, Decat And A Nismo Induction Kit. As A Judge What BHP R U Running To Get A 13.2 And Wat Mods And Tires Etc.
@stealthynsa Oh Ye It Also Has A R33 Gtr Exhaust Cam In Place Of The Stock Rb25det Item Which Has Higher Lift And Longer Duration Which Sounds Amazing And Probably Adds A Few BHP TBH.
its not running a bov, ppl say it ruins shit, but ive had it without 1 for a long time now and no damage to the turbo at all!!! so thats how it will stay unless i see different.
@stealthynsa Ye cheers mate. I had it, but ever since i upgraded the intake pipe from 2.5 inch to smooth 3 inch, car started turning off between gear changes, so i had to remove the plate. :(
If you listen to a blow off valve in slow motion it says "I'm a wankerrrrrrr"

@flirtr you can do it with the standard cooler but the noise wont have such a long break between the fluttering it will be alot quicker

mostly standard at that stage, but i had a fmic / modified turbo intake pipe / pod filter / 3" turbo back zorst.
