Cut out a mask shape from white plasticy cardboard, or buy one from a craft store. Evenly coat it with a thin glue (like PVA) and sick black lace over it. Cut into the lace in the eye holes and around the outer edges. Done.

HOW TO MAKE THE MASK:

1.buy a plastic/paper mask in a hobby shop, and buy lace of your choice

2.draw the shape of the mask on the mask if you don't like the original shape

3.paint it if you want an another color for base

4.glue a piece of the lace on the mask (as big to cover everywhere the mask) and cut off the excess.
