@Erebus2075 obviously you have a problem with sentries. However, you must realize that sentries are pussies that cost 50 minerals and 100 gas. The only thing they really have are the FFs. Zerg have units to deal with sentries too. And FFs are not unlimited. IdrA deals with them. Other zerg players deal with them. Ultras bulldoze through them. Roaches can burrow under them. They are not easy to place properly. Air units are not affected by them. I'm just saying STOP COMPLAINING about FFs.

Tell me if im wrong, but i seriously think that protoss only has 3 things vs hydras, Collosus, psi storms (High templars nerfed), archon toilet (nerfed). Thats leads us to... only 1 units able to do good against hydras. I think that is not fair because hydras cruch gateway units (its not even a fight) and hydras only need spawning pool, lair and hydra nest, where collosus needs gateway, cyber core, robo facility and robo bay . anyway thats just my opinion.

Investing too much into Hydras will give you an advantage early game, but once mid comes around and Protoss has Colossi, then they become useless. As well as the fact that any protoss will automatically get a cyber core and robo anyways.

One of the most important points in the game is where Gatored loses his observer when he first pushed into the third. The creep that wasn't destroyed allowed the zerg to micro the retreating protoss army and do the winning counter attack much faster.

Gatored stucked in the middle of the field a bit long time. He could get a good scout with obs before pushing in the 2nd & decide to fallback earlier when the hydras shows up. He commited to hold the proxy pylon, wasting 2-3 waves of warp in, lots of forcefield made him lost lots of probes & chance to escape from the zerg army.

I think Gatored TvZ build was actually really good. That early +1 works wonders, but that counter attack either slowed his tech or production and then hydras stomped. Idont think the roach hydra woulda raped like that if he had all those resources he lost during the lings killing off like 15 probes.
