  • Oh my goodness - I just saw "Clas Ohsson" mirrored in the window there - since when did you get Clas Ohlsson in Newcastle - how much has changed since I left in 1974! Happy Christmas and thank you for putting the film on Youtube - it's wonderful for all Geordies living abroad to be able to wander up Northumberland Street even if we're far away! Christmas Greetings from Sweden - we celebrate today in Scandinavia and have already opened our presents and eaten our Christmas dinner!

  • I love it !! Stops me feeling *QUITE* so hyemsick. How ''40 years'' though? I'm 62 years old & we ALWAYS went to Fenwicks at Xmas to see the window when I was a child.?
