  • there are alot of "bumpy" foxtrotters out there ;)... especially in the show ring! If you ask me, what they reward in the show ring is ruining the breed. My husbands mare is just as smooth as your girl but its the exception rather than the rule... Yes, I will keep watching...

  • Thank you - and, YES she certainly can move with more speed. She is used to be ridden on the trail, and doesn't get going to her top speed in our small arena. She also has a wonderful smooth canter which covers a lot of ground because of her big stride. It is great on the trail.

    Next week, we plan to get some more video of some of the horses we have for sale (including Annie) on the trail that will showcase navigating obstacles, agility and sure-footedness. So, "stay tuned!"
