Why don't you just use a free dictionary? I use WordWeb dictionary and Dictionaire.

It's cheaper, but with this OCED you will have the best dictionaries on your iphone.

I use Dictionaire. Not quite as full-featured, but it does have autocomplete and it's $20 cheaper, so it's sufficient for my needs.
