administrative borders can not become state borders. But for enemies of Russians and Serbs everything is admitted. Osetians are 90% Russians, they have Russian citizenship and they belong to Russia. We can recognize the same scenario makers like in the case of croatian genocide act against Serbs in serbian Krajina 1995 (wich newer was part of croatia) or Serbian Kosovo (which never was albanian), as in Osetia (which newer was part of Georgia). Georgia have not right to take osetian land out of Russia and kill people like croatians have not right to take serbian land out of Yugoslavia and hqips have not right take Kosovo out of Serbia!
