I have a PS3 and here's what I do:

Duplicate about 20,000 lock picks with scrolls

Make a spell that is Drain Security 100 for 1 second (Either be in the arcane university or if you have the wizards tower addition)

Go to the Imperial Prison

Use the spell and instantly go in to pick the lock

Press auto attempt willy nilly

Your skill will say 0 until you pick the lock

But if you do that for maybe 20 minutes it goes from 10 to 100

@ThePbyguy first you need 2 of the same scrolls. then press use on the scrolls twice, and then drop the item you which to copy. however if you want to copy a longsword and you have 3 swords drop 2 then cop the 1 for a extra 1, leaving a total of 4 swords, take note that if you have 3 scrolls you will copy 2 itmes. have 500 scrolls you copy 499 + the item you droped.

@ThePbyguy to copy arrows is simple but you need atleast 5 of the same arrows and over 100 scrolls to make loads of arrows. when you press "use" twice go to your arrows and drop them, having 5 of them will drop 2 but copying mult packs of 10 to add up to 100, have 500 scrolls and you should make 500 arrows each time.

the guy who is following you can be disabled in two ways.

A. Do the molag boll daedric quest.

B. Uninstall the knights of the nine and reinstall, you will have to re-do every quest though.

another way to get it fast (not as fast as this probably) is to find a very hard lock and pick manually 4 of the five locks then lockpicking and do it again. thats how i got mine.

beafore going to trainer use Drain Skill:athletics on yourself, so u can train over 100 :P
