i was thinking of putting a 400w hps light in a typical sized closet to grow veggies during the winter months. will a 400w hps make a closet way to hot without ventilation?
Start it off with cool white. You can use both cool white and warm white to give the plant the variety but it doesn't really matter, but when it gets to the flowering stage it's recommended you use warm white since it has more red in the spectrum.
i have an exact system your plants look great here i can tell you take very good care of them i got the 300 watt cfl dynagrow nutes i got three plants in there ones 1 week and a half old and the outhers about 4 days from seed i see tons of root growth but i dont know if full spectrum will be good for flowering im thinkin i should switch to hps but im growin sum local bud i orderd some church seeds hope they come i figured id try local shit and get experince first ill put vid on soon
