ORR....you can go to the Settings on your iPhone/iPod and scroll down and go to "Photos" and you can turn OFF Photo Stream from there.

Okay, that worked, but as soon as you turn it back on, the photos pop back on there.  I even tried turning off photostream on my iPod touch and my iPad and the photos were gone, but as soon as you turn it back on, they all pop back in there...can you get rid of them for good?
