@Pegbur His face is quite craggly and weathered and wrinkled now due to too much sun(and aging as well). And he is factually half-bald (wears hairpiece/toupee). Look at that arrest photo of him from back in the 1990's - half his tophead hair was even then receded losing rapidly.
